After having an important surgery follow up apt scheduled for weeks for a 7:30 am apt due to the fact that I was instructed I could not eat for 8 hours prior office called 30 minutes prior to cancel and reschedule. Hard to get an apt without with your particular dr without notice and most times your just rotated through. Patient relationships doesn’t seem to be of high value to them.
Went to Westerville Family Physicians ever since I moved to Ohio over 13 years ago. I haven’t been there since 2015 according to their records. They refused to make an appointment to see me because I “no showed” for my last appointment FOUR YEARS AGO. Absolutely pathetic customer service. This place has gone downhill and is a place you want to avoid at all costs.
Very good , responsive and professional. I have been a patient there since 1997 so I joined with them back when they were just getting started.
The trip to the dentist is a non-event for my children, they actually look forward to it! The staff is always friendly and personable with me and my family which makes them feel comfortable and confident with their smile.
Great as usual
The office is always clean, and bright and joy to walk into. But more important than that is the people that work in the office. Everyone from the front desk to the techs to Dr. Kulesa herself always makes you feel like the most important patient. You aren’t just a number you are a person. Dr. Kulesa is kind, knowledgeable and makes a somewhat unpleasant experience something to look forward to.
Everyone at Northstar Family Dental is extremely friendly and courteous. I always have a great experience when I visit your office
I had a consult about a procedure I need to have that I have been terrified about. After my consult today, I feel no fear whatsoever. For me, that’s amazing!
Friendly and professional staff and a focus on making you comfortable. This was my first visit and I am so pleased that I am telling all my family and friends!
