The care is very good. No gripes with that. The fact that they text and email incessantly to remind me of the appointment, then again to solicit a review, is maddening. Also, overuse of the word “perfect” by the receptionist is a little annoying, especially when they tell me that it’s “perfect” that they don’t accept my insurance. That reality is far from “perfect,” as appointments and procedures are very expensive.
