Dr. Mc Coy always was informed about my medical history, listened to my questions and explained the reason for his recommendations. I always felt well cared for.
Dr. McCoy answered all my questions and was very kind also.
Called 15 minutes before my appointment to say doctor wasn’t in clinic. I asked to reschedule and was placed on hold. When the receptionist came back she said “so you can’t make it today?” I was literally just told there wasn’t even a doctor so why would I come in. Editing to add: I rescheduled my appointment and told I was called to say I need to reschedule my appointment that’s in two weeks cause the provider who ever be in clinic that day.
