Having a procedure here from the moment I was greeted by receptionist, and every single member involved in my care with Dr Mu,was an exceptional experience The team listened,cared were empathetic,encouraging and were all eager to make sure I was cared for in a manner that surpasses any experience I've had in prior colonoscopy procedures any where else, Thank you all for making something so uncomfortable and frightening a peaceful relaxing experience PS Sorry no pics to be shared😳🤗
Big thank you to the Endoscopy Center at Western Washington Medical Group! I'm grateful that my primary care provider referred me to them, and everything from scheduling and check in to the completion of my first colonoscopy went as well as could be. They were super helpful with the preparation education including using Suflave, which requires much less drinking of the preparation liquid. Wanted to write a review after seeing all the bad ones! Went here for an endoscopy (obviously) and everyone here was super kind and attentive, answered any questions I had, etc. They even called me the day after to make sure I was okay :)
