I called several offices w/ designated civil surgeons in order to save some bucks.I chose Western Wake Medical Center because per the lady I spoke to,the medical exam/Lab tests/vaccinations is only $450 & that is already the max cost which can be reduced if the blood results will show that Dad already has the other vaccines.I called them again in the AM of Oct 5,2016 to reconfirm the cost.I was told the same info: lab tests/medical exam & vaccinations is $450 & will be reduced if the result of the blood tests show that my Da... read more
