Racists! I went in to get a money order and the lady name Carla at the counter told me the Machine was down. I called back speaking Spanish and disguising my voice and she said the Machine was working the only reason I can guess she told me the machine was down was because of racial prejudice.
This place is always slow. They never have more than one cashier working, although there's more than one person working. Plus, don't let the phone ring, you'll have to stand and wait for them to deal with the phone before coming back to you. Expect to wait 30mins at least.
