Update: I met with the new manager and she had maintenance out within 24hours. They addressed my vents by spraying them and replacing the vent cover. They also finally opened one of the pools. Hopefully we will see more improvements to come. I am in my 3rd year here and it has been a terrible experience. My unit was dirty when I moved in, the oven was filthy the garage door was disconnected and the door was dead-bolted preventing go me from having access. I went to visit this property and it was peaceful, the staff was great! Maria was helpful and treated us like family! The apartments are nice and modern on the inside! It’s not a new build! You can tell the upkeep the grounds as well! I even stoped a few residents when I drove by to see if they liked it. They all said it was a safe and quiet place to live!
Unprofessional, disorganized, rude, incompetent and poor communication; and I haven’t even moved in yet. Usually, the initial leasing part is where apartments will show their best behavior to reel you in, THEN after you’re locked in with a lease, you might start seeing bad behavior…Western Station has shown their hand from day 1 & I’m honestly grateful I didn’t sign a lease here. Honestly run, this has been awful I applied for and apartment they gave it to someone else after I was approved so I was put in a different unit a very nasty downgraded unit where I was than stolen from by my neighbors. So I had to put a police report in and move units bc I’m pregnant and not dealing with hostile people I was told I wouldn’t be charged anything more bc of the circumstances.
