Normal maintenance issues here and there, but they were always taken care of or resolved pretty quickly. The new office staff seem to genuinely care and want to help. Overall, I stayed for 3 years and was satisfied with my experience upon moving out.
Don’t move here if you’d like to keep your peace and sanity. Moved in and carpets weren’t even cleaned from prior tenant. Didn’t get my keys or mailbox key till 1 month in. They did pro rate my move in $ and reduced a little to cover that inconvenience and offered a carpet cleaning AFTER I moved everything in. Every year is under new management and no one knows what the previous staff did. 3rd floor apartments are HOT, prepare and get a window unit. I have recently moved to these beautiful and spacious apartment homes and have been blessed to know the staff here . Mainly Kathy, who has worked with me since I came in the last two months or so. Just so you know this is great place to start humble beginnings. Thank you Kathy and staff I appreciate you all..
Roach and rats infested. Especially apartment 245. Krystal manager sucks, thank goodness they got rid of her. Everyone that I spoke to in that complex complains they either have roach problems and had to be moved into another complex just to be moved into another roach apartment or they have rats. So if you want free 100s of roaches roommates then live here.
5 summers… 2 Pools… 1) Any wagers on pools being debris & alga-free before Memorial Day wknd? 2) If pools are ready on time, only a week away, any wagers on how long they’ll stay that way? Not one summer have the pools been maintained throughout an entire summer. If your maintenance team can’t handle it, then hire a pool cleaning professional!
