Roach and rats infested. Especially apartment 245. Krystal manager sucks, thank goodness they got rid of her. Everyone that I spoke to in that complex complains they either have roach problems and had to be moved into another complex just to be moved into another roach apartment or they have rats. So if you want free 100s of roaches roommates then live here.
5 summers… 2 Pools… 1) Any wagers on pools being debris & alga-free before Memorial Day wknd? 2) If pools are ready on time, only a week away, any wagers on how long they’ll stay that way? Not one summer have the pools been maintained throughout an entire summer. If your maintenance team can’t handle it, then hire a pool cleaning professional! First off my review will be longer than my stay!! When I first did my application the office manager Krystal Dorman told me I was denied But with a (RISK FEE) of a 1000 dollars she can get them to approve it. Ok I moved in but she started being weird soon as I moved in things like constantly watching or have maintenance bring letters to the door that she already gave. Well since living here things were rough. But got better over time and Krystal came along and things got better but now she left and things are going to crap again. First let’s start off with pools that never seem to work half the summer your charging all this rent but can’t keep our amenities in order. Second you charge us base pay rent then turn around and say her here another 300 dollars in fees we didn’t tell you about.
