I am a new tenant. Just moved in 4 days ago. Signed my lease paid my fees. Edward Lee is an amazing leasing agent. He went over everything and gave me the tour. Then Krystal the property manager went to my apartment which My daughter is staying as a guest since she helped me with the move over the weekend. Krystal made rude comments and tried to kick my daughter out. I was extremely happy with Edward's excellent customer service and attention. My lease is up in February. The manager proceeds to tell me I have to give a 60 day written notice in the middle of January, then when I let her know I’m moving out by February 1st; she puts a $2700 fine on my account in the middle of January after I already paid my rent for the month. The management is terrible. I would not recommend moving here. There is mold in my apartment and when I told them there was a water leak a few months ago they basically said I was crazy.
If I could give it less I would. Moved out after 1 year. Apartment was left in perfect condition. They kept my deposit for no reason. No letter nothing that is required to be done.
