I’ve only lived here for two months and I’m already over it. My unit clearly wasn’t ready when I moved in—roaches in the kitchen and bathroom from day one. I had to spray and bomb the place myself before they finally treated the building, and I still see them sometimes, which is ridiculous. Then the AC went out. My apartment has been over 80 degrees since Sunday. They gave me a window unit, took it back after claiming they “fixed” the AC, and guess what? It still doesn’t work. She is attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about addressing concerns and helping whenever needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism have made a noticeable difference in the community. We're grateful to have her at Western Station and appreciate all she does! Highly recommend her and the management team.
So, besides the RATS, I have experienced the overwhelming smell of Marijuana in my apartment for months. There is noone above my unit and I have had the same neighbors in the other units for a year and a half with no issue. The smell has gotten so bad my 5 year old child is being affected. No care or response from management. There is also a dumpster near our unit that is constantly overflowing with garbage which attracts unwanted creatures. I liked it here when we moved in. I hate it here now. BEWARE
Christina and the new staff are a definite improvement over the previous staff. She was most helpful when renewing my lease.
