This company was the sub-contractor for *** **** *****. We are completely dissatisfied with the quality of work and business practice. The incident is as follows: We are in the middle of a complete kitchen remodel which includes flooring. We used the flooring from **** *****and paid for their contractor to remove/re-install the tile. We made the appointment to have our tile removed 1 month prior to the scheduled date. We understand that we have not met the customers expectations during the first phase of their flooring project. We are onsite again this week completing the remainder of the installation, our management team is monitoring the project to ensure that it is completed to the customers satisfaction and they are left with the finished project they were expecting. We are working internally to pinpoint and identify areas that we could improve on for future customers with similar projects.

We purchased our flooring from a home improvement store and Western States did the install. We are very happy with the installation, it is perfect! The installer is a true artisan and even "custom cut" the flooring to fit up against our river rock fireplace. All doorways and transitions are cut to perfection and all trim is perfect as well.

This was the tile backsplash company approved by Home Depot. They did a very poor and sloppy job- edges not straight, tile bumped out, left a mess and job not finished. It has ruined the beautiful job that Home Depot did on cabinets and counter. When they were scheduled to come back, nobody showed. I called and was told by supervisor the instlaller could not make it and they had been too busy to call me. !! DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR HOuSE IF YOU ARE IN TUCSON.
