Eduardo and Aiden were top notch! I have been in Construction Management for over 20 years and was completely impressed with their knowledge and performance. First off, they arrived on time. One star is way too good for this sorry company. I scheduled a month out for this sorry establishment to install my carpet because they said that was their first available. They left me a voice mail late in the afternoon the day before they were supposed to install my carpet. The simple message was sorry we can't make it tomorrow. No explanation, no option to schedule, no message to call them to reschedule. I had to run them down and it wasn't easy to get a hold of them. Western States Flooring sent out two people to install carpet we bought from **** ***** who used them as outside contractors. After the installation was complete, we found my wife's diamond earrings were missing from the room where they were working. We are absolutely certain that they took them, as she wears these earrings every day and always puts them in the same place at night. Fantastic team of installers for our 2/25-2/26 project in Tucson. They wore masks at all times and finished ahead of schedule.
We had carpet installed by Western States flooring thru ****** They did a great job and wore their masks the entire time. They were very careful moving some furniture. They cleaned up and left the place in order. It was a job well done!

We had a Western States Flooring worker shows up to do the job complaining about how they have to do it alone because the person that was scheduled to be the second worker had not completed their background check yet and couldn't go out in the field yet. Why would a worker be scheduled if there is a chance they can't even work the job? Good question. I wish I could give negative stars! Absolutely the worst company we have had to work with. They said they would come last Friday the 5th. They then called us back about a day before to cancel because they were taking it off for the holiday. However, the 5th is not even a holiday. Larry from your company just finished installing a backsplash in my kitchen, I know you will probably send out a survey but you don't always get the chance to say a lot in these survey's. Larry showed up on time, came in the house, we discussed what exactly was going to be done, the pattern, the grout and made sure the tile and grout were what I ordered and any thing else that was part of the installation.
