OK so I could not write a second review under my account, using spouses. A short time after my posting I was contacted by Kevin Davis and he had his service manager Justin make all the arrangements. I have purchased many new and used vehicles from Western Slope Auto. They have the best customer service hands down. Every car has been exactly what is expected. The sales associates are very patient and willing to answer any questions I have. I also take my vehicles to them for all of their service needs! We could not ask for a better dealership and service department in town. Service Manager Kevin Wade, SA Rob and Zack go above and beyond when it comes the maintenance of every vehicle in our business and family. Gets us scheduled as quickly as possible, and makes arrangements to help us (me) get to and from the dealership as needed. We will continue to purchase and service our vehicles at Western Slope Auto. A fabulous group of people, especially the service department!

Recently bought vehicle here. Sales (Kurt) was fantastic but the after purchase care from the service department (Mitch) and the alleged new company owner Kevin is poor at best. Promised to fix an issue and to this date it has not happened. In fact Kevin has not returned phone calls, accepted calls or made any attempt to assist in resolving the issue. First time I have ever had a vehicle serviced here and will be the last time. Came for a oil change left with scratch down the side of my truck . Try telling me it's not a scratch but a "mark" and then point out the old dings that I know are old . They took my truck to buff it out . Best way to spend my day off sitting in a lobby waiting thanks
