I needed a brake light bulb replaced, attempted to do it myself and it was most definitely NOT as easy as it looked on the google video!! I made an appointment, they got me in right on time and got it done quickly. They didn't charge me double for trying it myself :D and sent me on my way. Polite, prompt and wonderful. Thank you
