I’ve been going to Rick since 1997. I have no complaints and have been satisfied since day 1. What I particularly like about going to Rick, is the fact that he is an amputee and can relate to all his patients. I appreciate All he has done throughout the years. He has a great group of people working for him as well.
Rick and his Staff is AMAZING!! Professional , personable, and truly amazing with someone that needs a Prosthetic! My cousin lost his leg and he continues to make strides due to the quality of the leg and Rae Ann’s physical therapy!! I thank you all for your great ability to teach and encourage under the circumstances!!! My cousin is a good student too!!!
I'm January of this year I had to have an amputation, and while recovering at local nursing home I, came in contact with Joey, who work for Western Reserve. One of the benefits i love about western reserve is the fact that they come to you. Unlike most of the other company, it is a pleasure to not have to travel to their office to get adjustment, and products.
