Property was not clean when we moved in carpets were dirty house smelled really bad. Had to clean our own carpets . We have had five trees fall in the yard two trees hit and smashed our cars . Another tree almost hit the house . They do come out and fix things . They need to get rid of all the dead trees around the property.
Never had a problem with them ever. Emily is great.
Refuses to fix anything. Promised things to be fixed and house to be painted before moving in and then never followed through. Never cleaned property before moving in like promised. Wood stove isnt even connected to chimney and this is the only heat source and refuses to fix it.
The folks at Western Property Solutions are so helpful. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone house hunting.
