have had the roof falling apart for 5yrs shingles fall on my car every rain storm an every time it rains my living room floods we keep calling about this with no repairs the wiring is fun half the house on one 20a breaker

Rhonda is a great woman with a heart of gold. Let my family in somewhere when we were just a few days from being homeless when we couldn't seem to find a rental anywhere. I appreciate her for everything she did for my family that allowed us to be where we are today and in our own home now.

The people at Western Property Solutions have been amazing. They are both kind and professional. Work always gets done in a timely manner and is of outstanding quality. The office staff are courteous and reliable. I always feel like they care and they listen. Our building has never looked better or felt safer. They are helpful, genuine, reasonable and family oriented. Probably one of the best in the area.

I have son and daughter in law with 2 grand children that she got into a place in less than 2 weeks. They were in need and she came through. Ronda is one of the hardest working person Ive meet. If something doesnt get done its most likely out of her control, remember shes the landlord and not the owner of all properties she takes care of. My other son and daughter in law have had her for years and she's done great with them too. Keep up the good work and thank you!
