Called to book an appointment today and they said they could send a technician out this afternoon. They took my credit card info over the phone and said they would send a contract. Never did. I called to try and see where they are / confirm our appt and the ‘after hours’ customer service representative was less than helpful. Could not confirm or deny we have an appointment, states it’s not ‘his department’ so he doesn’t know.
