I thought 2 years ago the staff was the rudest I've come across. The wait time was always up to 2 hours and from check-in, to nurse to billings was not comforting or friendly at all. Dr K's surgeries never helped the problem either. I wouldn't recommend to anyone I love.
Hands down the best staff of people that I have dealt with anywhere, EVER! They make me feel welcomed and valued as a patient but make it a point to treat me like a friend. Everyone is a genuine pleasure to talk to. I'm more than satisfied with the quality of service I have received.

Dr. Mitch Copeland is did an awesome job on my ACL repair 5yrs ago. And I have complete confidence he will take care of my shoulder just as well this year.
Great PT place, but MD's a little surgery happy!!!
