If you are just visiting Colorado Springs, be sure to drop into this one of a kind breakfast spot! Even on a busy day like Mother's Day, our food was as good as always, although the hash browns were even better than usual 😇 I live for their red chili, and smother it all over either the chili rellenos (hell yeah FOR BREAKFAST!!) or the super delicious breakfast quesadilla.
