They were wonderful! I must have written the wrong time down when I scheduled my 3 year old’s appointment, so I showed up at 11am instead of 3pm. We live over an hour away and the doctor skipped his lunch, so that we didn’t have to reschedule. He was caring and explained everything so clearly during the exam.
We will definitely be back for any hearing needs! Chris was excellent with my 5 year old, wild boy. He was so patient, made every part of the hearing screening fun, and explained everything so my son knew what to expect and what to do. They definitely exceeded my expectations and were so kind! Excellent audiologist is western OK!
Very kind staff and went into detail about what could be and about what is going on with me and explained it very well and made sure I understood everything that they were telling me and offered me water and to use the bathroom before we got into the long process that I needed to have done
