Even though I checked in at the front desk, my hygienist didn’t know I was there, marked me as missing my appointment, and then finally had me come into my appointment 20 minutes after the scheduled time. I also never received a goodie bag with a toothbrush that my hygienist asked me if I wanted one during the appointment (and I did say yes).
