Terrible experience. been going for years and very loyal to their business. in 2020 they no longer took my insurance plan. they still saw and serviced my cleaning. said I was good to go and after my appt and surprise, surprise they bill me. I call them 2x to explain and they refused to cover the bill. saying sorry doesn't pay the bill at the end of the day. people beware and take your services elsewhere as they're not empathic to errors made and making things right for their patients... especially during covid.

Horrible experience. It’s unfortunate the staff does not know how to deal with insurance and you will be told you owe different copays each time. Ops are dirty, management is uneducated and assistants talk about other patients poorly right in front of you

This appointment was for my mom. In a wheelchair and very bad eyesight, they were so patient and caring with her. The hygienist was amazing.
I used to be scared of the dentist, but these guys relaxed that. I’ve never had more caring staff at a dentist than this one. The hygienists & dentists are so kind I’m not sure I’ll ever want to switch. Also, if you have the chance of booking your cleaning with Carol Bonczek, DO IT! She’s amazing, funny, and caring! These guys go above and beyond and as a Health Plex insurance carrier I am beyond grateful for this care!
Husband , Gary had Sarah as hygienist and I had Sergey. We were both treated professionally and carefully..offered suggestions for dental care and found them both very professional and friendly We are glad to have rescheduled with each of them for our follow up care. Thank you!
Our last dentist office was a DISASTER. So much so I practically had to carry my daughter into the office because she was so scared. The people at WNY Dental were absolutely phenomenal! Kind, caring, professional and attentive! The hygienist picked right up on my daughters sensitivities and she did everything to make this a positive experience! Highly recommend!!
