We are having terrible experience with John Go. He changes his words before and after, he is hard to follow up, and blames us for not being patient when he didn't keep his words. Be aware.
Bought a used 2009 genesis from them a while ago. We travelled 7 hours to check out the car. I forgot the salesperson name, but will be updating it once I find out. We checked the front tires, but the back two had almost no tread left and the brakes were almost low. They sold us a car with breaks that needed to be changed the moment we arrived and no tread on the back tires, which is ILLEGAL.
