Sam is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional.. The vehicle I checked out was in excellent condition and was a great deal... (Carvana priced the same vehicle for almost $6000 more) unfortunately the car I looked at sold before I could get financing... But i have kept in touch with Sam and he has told me he will keep looking for a similar vehicle for me... They definitely go out of their way to make the car buying experience pleasant for everyone... And I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends..... read more
Extremely unprofessional, extremely disrespectful, runs a sketchy business where you need “cash in hand so you don’t waste his time.” I highly recommend buying ANYWHERE else but from here. I mean who doesn’t open a dealership to someone just to look at a vehicle? Also, look at the way he responds to these reviews. Calling people out based on their credit scores and history. Petty man with nothing but time to besides rip into people and rip people off. Absolutely disgusting.
I left a voicemail for Sam and finally two days later received a strange text message asking how much cash I had. He then proceeded to tell me how bad business has been for him and needed to make sure people had cash in hand otherwise he could take a check or debit card. I assured him if we liked the vehicle we would purchase it but he kept asking how much money I had which made me very uncomfortable. Although I did not end up purchasing a car from Sam, he is extremely knowledgable and followed up with me to warn me of possible pitfalls after I found a similar model car with 30,000 fewer miles at another location. I had been shopping for a top of the line 2013 VW CC. He said it would have to be a cash purchase because financing for a 8 year old model with over 100 000 miles would be hard to finance, and I did not have the needed cash on hand.
