Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? After an hour they managed to pull out my veins, they didn't give me enough pain meds so it was rather painful, after waiting about 12 hours I finally managed to loosen the bandages enough so my leg could once again receive enough blood to be the correct color and make the leg not hurt as much. When I finally did remove the bandage I fainted from all the blood. The next few days were VERY painful, hard to walk, and needed to lay with my leg inclined to keep it from swelling(and they told me little to no pain, LOL). It has be... read more

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?
