My bf had a appointment for an MRI AND they we’re supposed to call him to let him know how much his part would be Never got a call but when he called them you couldn’t talk to anyone He had to stay on line for over an hour each time. This is horrible customer service and completely unprofessional for any medical facility. I can now understand why this place is having financial problems Do your job and maybe those problems would go away
Shoulder surgery went well. Issues still with upper arm pain from same injury, (especially during PT for shoulder). PT on track. Some difficulties getting meds set up through VA. Working on it.
Who even runs this place . They never answer the phone . Goes to vm on every ext
