Very professional and considerate with compassion
Dr Patton has been a good experience for a broken knee cap.
Sadly, I agree with the other poor ratings. I've been to several of the providers at WKONA. Always encountered unreasonably long wait times, unnecessary billable procedures and brief, cold, callous personal interactions. I feel like a lab rat rather than a human being. Today I had a first-time appointment with Dr. Riley (thought I'd give him a try to see if had better bed-side manner than Dr. Morrison). Dr Malmquist did my knee surgery and I had a great outcome. From first visit to release took less than 3 months. The day after my surgery I had less pain than I had been in for months. The office personnel, as well as the surgical center personnel, were all very very nice. I would definitely recommend Dr Gregg Malmquist and his team.
