I ordered a ring from the company a week and a half ago, and the tracking said delivered but it wasn’t at my door. The ring ended went from Mississauga Ontario to London England though shipping and billing were the same and said London Ontario. I tried calling customer service and was told the number wasn’t in service. I would never order from them again. I’d go to a known jewelry store instead.

I visited this store twice and both times I had great experiences. The first time I was window shopping and found the owners to be very kind and welcoming. They were busy and had customers from abroad that were making a large purchase. They didn't dismiss me. They showed so much patience and very attentive. I didn't feel pressure at all to purchase anything I asked to see. I went back today because of that experience and again, found the same pleasant environment.
