I came in with my wife and my daughter, for my bone scan this morning, my wife was in pain and the receptionist for the bone scan was very rude. No customer service skills, and we came in with no mask and didn’t bring my wallet, she told me if I have no mask I have to leave or either buy from her a mask for 2 dollars. Shocking
This is my second time I’m waiting in western imaging group it’s to long I’m waiting now 30 minutes it’s too long here my appointment is 11.30 now 12 noon I hate this kind of services. That’s why I avoided to come here but no choice.
Brenda the receptionist is extremely rude and abrupt, I had a early morning scan and got there on time , I knocked on the door and no one answered the door, then I rang and no one picked the phone up, so I knocked once again- while knocking brenda opened the door and yelled at me?? it left a bad taste in my mouth, i told her I don't know why you's have booked me so early in the morning if you's arnt prepare to open on time ,this left me very upset and angry, Brenda has no customer skills at all- I wouldn't go back this place... read more
