I’ve been there a couple of times, though the front desk is not the friendliest they are professional and prompt. The technicians are very thorough, but don’t ask them questions about your images because that’s what your doctor for, the techs cannot guide you on what to do next.

I have been going to Mink Radiology for Imaging services since 2009 and for the most part, my experiences have been positive. Unfortunately this particular location does not meet the same quality standards as the other locations. First, the form you fill out when you go in is very short and does not even ask about your medical or surgical history. I highly suggest going somewhere else. My chiropractor pointed out chiari malformation he saw when he reviewed my MRI and explained what it was to me after Western Imaging said they saw no abnormalities. This has caused a lot of issues due to the fact I still have headaches and neck aches that are perfectly explained with a chiari malformation diagnosis. Western Imaging didn't review it with as much detail as my chiropractor and it was obvious. They seemed to be in a great rush and weren't friendly at all...don't trust them.

I have an abnormal personality and this place knows how to deal with me, I go to them for all my imaging that they are capable of doing, they are changing their name to mink radiology

Try Mink radiology or anywhere else. These people charged me $600 for CT scan even though the insurance company paid them. It's been 4 months and I'm still waiting on a refund. Every time you call the "manager" named Donna she is always out , never has a answer or takes calls. It's as simple as calling the crooked billing company you use and telling Dawn to do her job!
