Ever since I had my first dog in the third grade, we've been going to Western Illinois Veterinary Clinic, and I can't thank them enough for all they do. Even when my dog ran into a bee nest, and had hundreds of stings, Dr. Deters was so calm, patient, and knowledgeable, and always made me feel better. I've never met a better, friendlier, and more knowledgeable crew.
We took both our dogs here and glad we did. Highly recommend Dr. Michelle Sahm. She takes the time to answer any and all questions and never makes you feel rushed or pressured to make a decision-very practical and knowledgeable! Moving out of state but recommend others to her and the rest of the staff
I took my 12 yr old Aussie/GSD to Dr. Deters because she needed a bad tooth pulled. He was very knowledgeable, kind and informative and broke everything down for me step by step as to what he was going to do. When I got her back and brought her home I also noticed that he cleaned her teeth and trimmed her nails as well! All without any additional cost. I paid FAR less than what I thought I was going to have to pay and I am very grateful to them for what they did for my Dotty girl! You guys are on my speed dial now!
I want to say that this vet is amazing he worked with me and saved one of my two puppies alms it saved the other one. Very nice and helpful will come back more and more
