The prices are always fair and the staff are always friendly and talkative with everyone.always Dr. Melissa knows what she is talking about as a vet and she is great with my animals. I will always use this vet office and I recommend dr. Melissa to everyone.
Dr. Bridget is great, very caring and knowledgeable. She performed surgery on my dog Duke and he is making a full recovery thanks to her care and teaching me how to do home care after surgery.
Ok i am so pissed. My 14 year old Chihuahua got out of my yard last night. I could not find him any were.i called first thing this morning an they have him at Western Illinois animal clinic. They informed me that it wpuld cost me $117.00 to get him out if i get him out by 11 today and $20 a day more after that. Because they will neuter him. he is 14 years old and in bad health he does not need neutered. They would reather keep himm there then let him come home to his family i can not aford to get him out. Great people, great service, the staff here are exceptional, willing to listen and answer any questions you may have. The treatment that they give both to (large and small) animals is outstanding.
I had to take our sick pug into the office right when they opened this morning, without an appt and Dr. Bridgett and the office staff got him right in and took great care of him. I love this office and all of the staff here and I'm so glad we chose them as our fur babies vet after moving here.
