RecommendedOur 16 yoa Bichon had something happen Saturday morning and was not very responsive or moving. We had never been there and they got him in. The Doctor showed me the xray and explained what happened. They were so nice and can't thank them enough. It is so hard to lose your best friend and their compassion and sympathy they had helped. I do recommend western. But I also recommend them to get a new front desk receptionist. I brought my dog in to be put down and she was very rude to me and rushed me, until she figured out what I was there for, she then changed her act and was a little nicer. But she should have been nice to begin with not just when she found out it was already a bad day for us. Everyone else there was super nice. Went in yesterday with a limp puppy we had less than 24 hours who had been seizing.... left that afternoon with a puppy that has changed and is now eating, drinking, peeing and pooping, and causing chaos! Thank you for everything! Special thanks to our wonderful friend Darla, Dr Melissa, and of course Dr Bridget and the girls for saving our new special girl! You gave her a chance when I didn’t think there was one! You rock!
The vets are compassionate with the owners and as kind and good to the animals. They are also very good. I have Dr. Bridgette Roskamp and she is awesome.
