RecommendedI have lived here 11 years through three different owners (Trinty, Evergreen, Griffis Blessing). Maintenance is very responsive/quick to respond to routine problems, but if they have emergency problems, then you may have to wait a few days. I am handicapped. As my condition progresses, I need modifications that are done by filling out a simple form (Name, Unit, What, Why). Have lived here almost 15 years. The improvements, staff and community make it a safe family environment.
Ever since the new management took over a few years ago, the community has been getting better year after year. Maintenance staff is on point, whenever I've experienced any problems with an appliance or a plumbing issue, they've always quickly resolved it.

We love living at Western Hills. The staff is amazing and always responds quickly. They are super quick when there is something that needs to be fixed. The pool is always clean and perfectly warm! The grounds are always kept clean!
Western hills apartments is an amazing place to live, they have a razonable price for rent, we have been here for about 3 years and we are more than happy, who are in charge of the property are lovely people, the manager is amazing the services, maintains, everything and a plus they accept pets.

I’ve lived her two years now and working on number three. The change in management has been wonderful! I was nervous at first but they’ve done a great job at making a smooth transition! The pool is enjoyable this year (not too cold!), they keep the grounds looking nice and from what I’ve seen the new updated apartments are beautiful!!! I’m not now nor will I ever be a fan of apartment living but they make it enjoyable here �
The management is really great they are extremely helpful and efficient. Everyone is friendly and they are making a lot of improvements on the community.
