We had an amazing experience buying our Tank 500 from Western GWM. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. had a very bad experience from these people when i rang them to book my service. long wait time to get the service done i have been told after 2 months they can book me in such a joke. save youre time and buy from somewhere else who really care about after care.
Disappointed with Western GWM’s Service I purchased a Haval H6 from Western GWM nearly a month ago. When I called to book the 3,000 km inspection, I was told the earliest available appointment was in two months—despite my car already showing issues. The lack of after-sales support is extremely frustrating. They’re quick to sell you a car, but once the deal is done, you’re on your own. Poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
