The scheduling of the service over the phone was good. The four-hour window is not very practical, a 2-hour window would be more convenient. The 15+ minute hold to make inquiries with customer service is way too long. One week after my first service, I still have spiders and crickets inside my home, garage, and patio. The cost is reasonable, but if it's not effective, than it doesn't really matter.
Miguel has always been thorough, professional, friendly, and courteous. He responds when we need him, and always does a very good job.
Great customer service right from the start! Took a couple visits to get our ant problem under control, but we are all clear now thanks to you! Would definitely recommend your services to family & friends.

prompt response and great costumer service
Although I love working with our specific technician Dan, dealing with the new call center is atrocious. It takes far too long to get calls back from the techs, if the message is even passed on. Dan does an awesome job for us, has for quite a few years now. Always attentive and thorough with questions and answers. Makes efforts to get the property taken care of quickly and efficiently.
