Our exterminator, Mukul, is the best!! He answers my calls promptly and takes care of my property. I have a quarterly program and I wouldn't use any other company than Western.
Consistently great service. Mario always calls the day before he comes, he always comes around the same time and I haven't seen an ant in ages! We suffered with ants taking over our entire home (upstairs and downstairs) for over a year before I called Western, never doing THAT again!
The pests are still coming out after the initial visit. Please make a follow-up visit before the regular scheduled visit. Thanks.

Struggled with ant invasions for years. Finally got monthly service with Western Exterminator. Very glad we did. Only a very rare stray ant now, and if we have more we call our fabulous exterminator Mukul who has become a regular and friendly face, and he comes right away to take care of things. Recommended Western to our new neighbor who is struggling with ants now.

We depend heavily on our exterminator because our business deals with personal effects. Western delivers at a high level every month. We are extremely pleased.
We have had an off and on problem with rats for years. The last time I mentioned a recurrence to our serviceman and asked him to look into it, his response was "you've always had rats." And of course, that's why we have your service. Most recently, we have had an invasion of pantry moths. I wanted him to come in and check the rat traps when he was here yesterday. Miguel Zuleta is the face of Western Exterminator to us, and he treats our house like he would his own...maybe even better. The service, as delivered by Miguel, is outstanding. He takes it as a personal affront if an ant should dare to invade our kitchen, and he deals with it quickly and efficiently.
