Always updates what is going on bugwise.
The service was fine. However, we have problems communicating with Western reps like: - When a service is requested, it takes almost 10-16 hrs for you to reply us with a schedule. - Incomplete documentation. Per our initial request, we require invoice and service ticket/inspection report for processing the payment. But every time only the invoice is being sent and we have to manually follow up for the service ticket/inspection report. In which there are few of them that are pending. Technician, Danny was very professional and willing to answer any/all questions posed during the appointment. My tenants are pleased with the service. I would like to request however, that my service be scheduled on Fridays, my day off, so that I may attend to the technician personally to gain entry into my tenants apartments.
