I posted previously that I tried to make an appointment after not having been there for a few years, and was told they were not taking new Medicare patients. Their office later texted me that they could make an exception and I got an appointment. I appreciated the response and am happy to be back
After being a patient there for many years, they refused to give me an appointment since it had been a couple years since I was there
Had a great experience. Paid my copay and everything was covered. They took their time. I was really happy with the results
This is really more of a spa than a dermatologist. They spend much more time trying to push their expensive lotions, potions, and spa treatments than they do with actual dermatology. I have a history of skin cancer in my family and went for a body check, She spent less than 30 seconds checking me over and then gave me two prescriptions for $75 each for other issues.
