Why make an appointment, everytime we come its at least an hour wait. This place is ridiculous. Time to find a new dentist.
I've had nothing but a pleasant experience since I've been going to Western Dental
Please bring your love ones to this establishment. They dont have people skills, the actual dentist dont care whether you have pain or not. Plus in the end, they would rather send you a bill rather than dealing w/ your insurance company. The only thing they are good at is charging you. They are an elite team when it comes to that. Never again will i set foot here.
When I went in they showed me my estimate and I signed and paid my balance in full. I had all my work done in 2 separate appointments. Once the work was done I still had pain. I returned to get it fixed. No matter what the dentist tried I still had pain. And still do. I will never return here.a couple months later I get another bill that says because I got a white fill not a silver one it costs more. And I had to pay it. This company does not stand be hind their work or there product. Was advised the crown they put in and broke a 2nd time should only last 3 years so they refused to fix it. They have a poor quality of materials they use and do not stand behind the service they provide. When this all started went there because I had a tooth ache and was told nothing was wrong with my teeth. be warned. took my daughter there in february. was told she had 15 cavities. took her to gosford village dental group and she only has 6.
