Waited in the lobby for 1 1/2hrs. After going up the dest a few times my son was finally called only to have to wait another 1/2 sitting in the chair before they began oral work on him. Lobby floor was dirty.

It was neat and clean..my appointment was 945 am,, sat in dentist chair for 2 hrs in half , signed paper for what they can get from me,, my dental cleaning and irrigation ,, they wanna skip,, and still not started, "let me check first", is sooo annoying excuses. ..I walked out. . They are concern for next schedule, how they can get so much from your insurance, not to get things done

Horrible!! I got work done, left me in pain. Took 3 weeks for my socket to heal! Took my son (27) here, he was desperate. Appt @12:45, he waited an hour to get xrays , an hour to be seen, and an hour to get his instructions and care! Didn't get out till 3:30.. go anywhere but here if you can help it!!!

I was going to Hometown Dental and was approved for a denture only to have the quack pull my teeth without taking an impression. I called Western Dental and they got me right in and when I explained to them what had happened, they told me an impression should have been done first. Thank u Western Dental, now I will have a beautiful smile for my daughters wedding.

My son said the destis was very rude. She didn't care about him at all. The staff was good very friendly.
