You people made me wait over 4 hours w/a 10:00am appt. then I had to wait until after lunch, & didn't even get seen that day! I had to wait over 3wks to be seen because the dentist went on vacation, I missed an appt. & had to reschedule, that's another month wait, my appt was Feb.28 @3:00pm, I was 15 mins past the 15 min grace period & they wouldn't see me! What kinda BS is that?I just left w/out rescheduling an Appt, I was that upset!
They said I can come in with my old copy I’d and they wouldn’t let me be seen I even talked to the main office and I been having problems with my back tooth
If you want to waste your time go here 2 hrs is probably the minimum wait time

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. This Dental Office Misdiagnosed me with a Gum Disease, to sign up for the Gum X Treatment they are promoting in their office. I went and receive a second opinion and found out I did not have Mild Gum Disease. I was traumatized, anxious, and fearful. Just to find out it was not true. They have done this to several other people across Western Dental Services Inc. BE WARN. They pulled out several healthy teeth from people for their own Dental Malpractice.
