First off, their calling center is outsourced so they are not helpful and Do not care. Then you call the actual office and they “cannot” help because they “cannot” access the file. Do Not Go To Western Dental. There’s a lot of back and forth. AND, the day of an appointment tge office was closed!! Never got notification. Again, poor service.
