Everyone was very nice at this office great customer service and Drs were super nice especially one of the girls that help me Lupe she explained everything and was very helpful great experience at this office.
Worst service I've ever had at a dentist office! Appointment was at 3pm, finally left after 4pm!! Can't stand offices that overbook! These people don't care about you or your valuable time! Stay away! Save the frustration!
I took my girls for braces and for being mY first time at any western dental I had well we had a good experience .. The staff in the reception were very professional and the doctors and helpers were excellent . I got one of my daughters her braces right their and then . good payment plan only 112 a month .. Happy with the payment. Loved it .
THIS WASNT MY FIRST TIME THERE. APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10am NO ONE WAS IN THE LOBBY DIDNT GET OUT OF THERE TILL 1PM I HAVE 4 OTHER FRIENDS WHO HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINT. WHEN I TOOK MY SON TO ANOTHER WESTERN DENTAL WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER THEY STRAPPED HIM DOWN TO DO HIS DENTAL WORK AND I WASNT ALLOWED BACK THERE AND HE SCREAMED HIS HEAD OFF!! YOU GUYS TRAUMATIZED HIM. I ALREADY HATED YOU GUYS THEN AND NOW WAITING 2 AND A HALF HOURS TO HAVE MY MOTHER IN LAW SEEN... HORRIBLE. I WARNED HER ABOUT YOU GUYS. NOW SHE KNOWS AND WE WILL NEVER... read more
