Wait time is long, but they take their time with you. I was very pleased with my dentist.
Made an appointment as a first timer but unfortunately had to reschedule. Called their office and they gave me an appointment for two days later. Showed up to the appointment after finding a babysitter only to be told they don’t have me in the schedule for the day and they could not see me. Made me go down there to be told I can’t be seen when it was clearly their fault, even after showing the receptionist the number I called and text message I received from them about the appointment. I was racially profiled by embarrassed today by the staff sitting at the reception desk. I work in the medical field and this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They need to be replaced by employees who appreciate that they have a job! I will be contacting corporate and the better business bureau!
Nice friendly atmosphere staff is very professional
This office is horrible at scheduling appointments. They take two hours to even call you in the back. They say there is no guarantees that you will be seen at your appointment time. They obviously don’t want new customers if they don’t treat them like a priority.
They took an hour and half to tell us that couldn't see my wife. In addition they told me it would have been easier if we have medicaid versus private insurance.
Constantly changing appointment dates and times without notifying you. Paid $3000 for an implant and show up for the final appointment and get told they are waiting for it to be delivered. Saying I should go get food and come back later or even next month. It's taken over 6 months already.
