Excellent experience
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. At my first appointment, I filled out the new patient form and waited about 45 minutes past my scheduled time, only to be told by the receptionist that because I’m pregnant, I needed to bring a medical clearance from my OB before they could do X-rays or treatment. They gave me another appointment for the following week. When I came back with the signed clearance letter from my doctor, they had lost my original patient form and made me fill out a new one. My appointment was at 2pm and after checking 2 time they finally call me around 5:25pm, just to tell me that they can’t do the job, so I was there for almost 4 hours for for nothing. Horrible service the only thing good was the girl that took me for the X-ray she was very polite. Everyone else looks like they don’t don’t know what they are doing.
Great costumer service Marta helped me in the front she was very helpful and answered all my questions.
I definitely recommend this office! My daughter recommended that I come here, what a breath of fresh air it was! Julianna was so sweet and helpful, and the office was very clean. The dental assistant, Juana, made my experience a lot more comfortable with explaining my treatment. I’m glad I came to the right office.
