front desk girl is so disrespectful. unprofessional. waiting to make a appointment while ahe was just talking to another coworker.
I have never had a harder time with management than here. Office manager Ms Priscilla likes to hear herself talk and never listens to my needs. I asked if there was anyone above her with whom I could possibly problem solve my issue with and was told I would receive a call back and to this day no call has been received. There is no stability with office staff and Drs. HORRIBLE customer service! no acknowledgment when you arrive, front desk (Scarlet) talks to you with a shitty attitude. The office manager(Priscilla) is a joke. No cohesiveness in that office, nobody knows anything when you ask them a question, there’s literally no problem solving. DONT GO HERE !!!!!!!
