Going to the Dentist is the last thing I want to do but the staff at Western Dental on Farmers Lane were so nice starting with Janet at the front desk to the X-ray tech. Even getting my teeth cleaned, and after 12 years of neglect, they needed a deep cleaning, you were meet with a smile and a very professional staff, and that cavity that was right in front for all to see was now taken care of and now I was smiling. Thank you again.
My daughter has medical, they recommend for her to get braces. They did the check up, I signed the papers for her to get her teeth cleaned and when they found out I can't afford the braces. They rushed us out of the office and my daughter didn't even get her teeth cleaned. My daughter felt as if she did something wrong.
The worst. They're literally ruining my life lol
This place doesn't even operate with the integrity of a fast food franchise. They've screwed my partner over on three separate occasions when she was attempting to schedule emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Even McDonald's will apologize and offer you a coupon if they screw you over that many times. Not this branch of Western Dental, though! They just blatantly lie to cover their own asses and desperately try to shift blame to their coworkers, corporate administrators, and/or their patients themselves.
Angelical was great, the oral surgeon was great, the dentist in charge was a stiff board of dead wood.
My husband went here for a military medical exam and this was his experience: UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT, OBNOXIOUS, MONEY DRIVEN. The military sent me there for a check up before being deployed. After a long and unnecessary wait, I met the dentist... the worse I have seen. After bad and derogatory comments, he put the worse comment on my report because I refused to get treatments from him. A real jerk! Be advised...
I think they only care about money.I wanted to do only those stuff which my insurance covers, But they wanted me to do bunch of stuff which I had to pay.I didnot want to do ,so they refused to do my basic cleaning, eventhough it was covered.They just want to make money�.
Absolutely the best care I have ever received. Dr. Meena, Lesli and Angelica went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed as a priority. THANKS TEAM 😁😁😁
