They are the worse company ever! I had a general account in like 2012 and paid it completely off, then all of a sudden out of nowhere, about 6 months ago they tell me that I owe them 500!? What the fuck. No I don't, and no I cannot receive care from them ok the general side ever. I'm not paying a single dime when I already paid an account off. Treated like cattle rather than any personal care. Was told all my work was definitely covered by insurance, then got a bill months later with no information as to what I was being charged for. Have called and left several messages and have yet to receive a call back.
Being billed for work not completed that was referred out of ofc. If I could give a negative rating I would
