Dr. Ram, Ms. Francis, Jessica and Nancy were amazing and they are all very welcoming people. I recommend this location highly!!!
My experience with the dentist in (Oceanside ,ca) as always unhappy. Yesterday my appointment was at 3pm for the root canal, and I literally waited for 3 and half hours waiting in the lobby. I swear, I left at 8pm. I was the last person, and when I left I saw the cleaning people were there. The front desk staff always over book patients and many of them go mad at the staff and I'm among them too. I just don't understand why they over book patients like that! The wait time is excruciating. You can tell this place is for people on medi-cal and medi-care. You are definitely treated like lower classed citizens. You can't be late, but then you sit in the lobby for an hour minimum before you sit and wait some more in the back. Then they rush to get you out. BS
Felt like I was buying used car. The salesman takes me in another room and tries to convince me of his way of thinking. The paperwork and evaluation from the doctor along with price sheet of what he was selling and not what I wanted. When asked why doesn't paper work show procedures covered by insurance and procedures needing to be paid for? The salesman replied if there's too many numbers on the paper people get confused.
