The worst business that I have ever been to in my entire life. Very unprofessional people. I came here for a general checkup last time, and they told me to come back for a specialist in retreatment for a root canal. I came in on time for this appointment, and they made me wait for 40 mins because of the specialist going to his lunch. RecommendedLOVE IT!! I was comfortable and in no pain while the Procedures were going on. But unfortunately after words, her cutting into my gums and having 2 root-canals done on me (BACK TO BACK, THE SAME DAY), they gave me 800 mg ibuprofen!!! The moment I told her I couldn’t take ibuprofen she’s then Prescribed Tylenol-3!! I could not believe it at that point, I said whatever you’re gonna give me, just give me!! Terrible!!!!!!!!I came to do two simple fillings two weeks ago at the San Marcos location. the doctor who treated me replaced the primary doctor there. they try to work on too many people at once. They put my crowns in crooked. They gave me a buck front tooth. wth?
Never again! 1:30pm appointment and was seen until 2:30pm xray tech didn’t know what she was doing and it took her 30min to do xrays only to have someone else redo them again. They were pushing me on and on to get braces, didn’t seem to acknowledge my tooth ache either. I wanted the tooth extracted but kept telling me that wasn’t ideal and wanted to do something else. Felt like they were trying to sell me stuff and not make me feel better. I got fooled by the free exam and xrays.
