I sat here for 3 hours, only for them to do an Xray and them do nothing for an infection in my jaw, and swelling from an impacted tooth. It was marked as an emergency visit and I saw the dentist for only 5 MINUTES out of the 3 hours I was there!
Today was the worst experience of my life visiting a dentist for a free clean. In my 58 years of visiting dentists, today at Western Dental is my ONLY bad painful experience. I have NEVER YELPED, yes Yelped in pain at any dentist until today. I have NEVER been taken at my appt time. Today I arrived at around 11.30am for my 12 noon appt. I finally got home around 3.30pm in pain and starving! Anyone going to this dentist..plz take your lunch and maybe your dinner too. Don't forget pain medication..you may need it!!!
I went here to have a regular cleaning and some diagnostics of my teeth. Then this dentist poked my gums with some metal pointy thing asked me when did I have my last cleaning. I said 4 months ago, then after that he told me that I need this deep cleaning thing that worth $1007. I reconsidered this and did not accept the offer, I talked to a different dentist and did the same thing (diagnostics except the poking of gums) But he said that I don't need any deep cleaning.
