Took my daughter and took them 1 hour just to get her in and we got there half an hour early this place is just bullshit. So it's 0 stars that you get from me
I would leave 0 starts if I could. Made an appointment at this location, showed up, and there was a sign on the door saying they are closed the next 2 days. Called back to see if I could get in at the other location in Hanford, was told there was an appointment, then put on hold for over 20 minutes. In that time I drove to the second location while on hold and ended up walking in before they returned to the phone. I'd give no stars if I could. I wait for several weeks for my kids appointments then when we show up they say they can't see them. They either tell me there are no doctors or call just before and cancel. They try to tell me it's the call centers fault, but it happens when I make the appointments directly through the front desk as well. Doesn't matter which WD, it's happened on 6 separate occasions between the two locations in Hanford. I called today to let them know what's going on, and the receptionist hung up on me! Friendly staff but horrible business. My son (he is 4 years old) and I both had check up appointments yesterday scheduled at 10am and 11am. After being there for 2 hours all we had done was xrays. We didn't even get out of the office till 1:50pm! There were only a hand full of people in the waiting room.
Ladys are dumb as dumb gets....never goin back there....that lady pockected my money .
Western Dental located on Lacey in Hanford. I went there to have some work done. I paid a couple of payments for $253 and gave them one of my debit cards so that they could take 8 payments of $121 a month. The day after giving them my card, ( which they needed to take from my presence ) someone had charged items to that card all over the US. I had to cancel that card and have a new one sent to me.
