This location is very bad. It lacks credibility and organization. We came four times and the job is completely done. Every time we come, the help desk has an excuse. Costomer service is awful and they treat customers unprofessionally. No clear messages given to us. It is a waste of time. 1 out of 5

Very bad and only seen once. I was under the impression that I was going to see the orthodontist for impacted teeth. Saw the dentist and said that they couldn’t treat her and she needs an pediatric dentist. Ok so I wasted my time driving 2 hrs. So I call the other office to make an appointment. They make me an appointment, I call just in case to make sure I’m not wasting my time again. But of course they say well we can’t take transfers from other office. 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this place at all costs! This Western Dental is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any medical office. The office staff at this location staff are the rudest I have ever experienced. They greet no one at the door, they treat you like a number, and they make excuses instead of owning up to their mistakes. After hours and hours of trying to deal with this place and getting my son an appointment to see a dentist, I came into the office on time with all of my paperwork. They ... read more
